Cause a Floater boat to appear before Luis's eyes.
Make an Akuma motorcycle materialize before Luis.
Cause a Vader motorcycle to appear in front of our protagonist, Luis.
Force an APC to spawn before Luis.
Bring forth a Buzzard helicopter right in front of Luis.
Have a Bullet GT appear before Luis.
Grant Luis a parachute for his skydiving needs.
Equip Luis with punches that pack an explosive punch.
Give sniper rifles the ability to fire off explosive rounds.
Grant Luis a full health bar, along with a set of weaponry.
Provide Luis with restored health and protective armour; however, this will block the "Finish Him" achievement.
Arm Luis with a Knife, Pistol. 44, Explosive Shotgun, Assault SMG, Advanced MG, Advanced Sniper, Grenade Launcher, and Sticky Bombs.
Provide Luis with the basics: Knife, Molotovs, Pistol, Pump Shotgun, Micro SMG, Assault Rifle, Combat Sniper, and RPG.
Remove all stars from your wanted level; do note, this will block the "Walked Free" achievement.
